- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Rice flour ½ cup
- Garam masala 1 ½ teaspoon

Blend the boiled chicken
First, boil the chicken until it completely cooked. Now allow it to cool down. And then blend it finely to give the appropriate texture for the cutlet.
Mix onion, chilies, capsicums and the masalas with the chicken
Take a bowl and add the finely chopped onions, green chilies, chopped capsicums, salt, pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste with the blended chicken and mix well. Now add rice flour little by little only as needed. Knead the mixture to a dough without adding water. Onions release moisture and bind the mixture well. The mixture should be tight enough to make the patties.
Make the chicken patties and dip it in the egg batter and bread crumbs
Now using your hands, make small patties from the mixture. Now in a small bowl beat an egg, add a little salt and thereby make the batter. Then dip the patties in the batter and then immediately in the bread crumbs and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Pat the cutlets to bind the crumbs well.
Deep fry the patties
Now heat oil in a pan. Add the patties when the oil turns hot. When one side turns golden, flip them to the other side and fry.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
Now the chicken patties or chicken cutlets are ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
